Continuing our updates from our "First Annual Scott Ringel Anniversary Remembrance & Giveaway" we now come to this AMAZING family who came in for our third session. Look at how cute they are!! I'm so excited to be able to share their photos finally because when we originally met, I couldn't post these. Keep reading to learn why.
Mom emailed me about the giveaway and this is what she said, "I love your idea!! It’s funny because I was gonna reach out to you about doing pictures for my family I don’t know anyone who would be patient with my little guy and I always think of you! It’s been since 2009 that we had family pictures. This is the only one I have of us all together. N*** is my little guy in the bottom picture. Our family is multicultural we have biological and adoptive children from foster care. S*** 19(not pictured) D*** 16, J**** 13, M**** 7, Na**** 4, M**** 1. Thank you!"
Of course I had to do a session! Special needs foster adoption?? That is one of the things that makes my heart so happy. And when this family came to the studio, they sure did make my heart sing. Not only are were they gorgeous, they were lots of fun too. When it was time for funny faces, the big kids really came through. With so many people, we kept the background simple and used our vintage white couch, which barely fit them all!
Their littlest princess was on the move but she slowed down for photos when she got to ride in our pink car! (Ride on toys are my secret weapon for those fast moving toddlers!)
The three older kids were ready to model
And then a little "Hop on Pop" but it was more like "Hop on your siblings" lol.
Little middle sis is a born superstar. She knew she wanted to sit in the flower ring, so we made that happen.
And then this special guy was ready for his closeup. Look at those eyes!
One more formal family shot and then a shot of mom and dad.
And finally my favorite, a mommy and me shot with the whole crew!
Of course we couldn't post these photos at the time because they were waiting on adoptions, but - HAPPY NEWS - the adoptions have since gone through and these little ones now have this big forever family to love them. Isn't that the happiest story?? They came back a few months later with the girls to do princess sessions at Cupcakes and Cuties. Look at how these girls grew over a few months! And that's how we'll end this edition of the blog, with some happy princess photos. Stay tuned for the rest of our Happy Anniversary Sessions, they will be coming up on the blog all month!
